Our client in the San Antonio area is seeking a part time Payroll Specialist to join their team. This is a part time role for 30 hours a week for 3-4 month contract assignment.

What you will be doing
  • Enter timesheets (daily into SAP PRD - CATS - different payroll areas Semi-monthly - and biweekly payrolls
  • Enters Any Maintenance (SAP HRP IT 2010, 14, 15)
  • Assist processing any off cycle check requests (IT 267, or Correction Checks)
  • Assist with gathering information for past claim reports
  • Assist with payroll day audit reports (each payroll)
  • Assist with processing load files


What we need from you:
  • 3 Years of Payroll Experience required
  • Ability to have strong confidentiality and work with sensitive information
  • Strong Attention to Detail • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Knowledge of SAP (PRD & HRP)
  • Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook programs - preferred)
