Salary Range up to $95,000- Sign On Bonus Available

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership- Empower, mentor and oversee a team of therapists and office staff.  Cultivate a positive and collaborative atmosphere that promotes growth and persona and professional advancement
- Patients- Ensure exceptional patient experience from beginning to end of treatment with best practices and positive outcomes.
- Operations- Supervise day to day clinic operations including billing, scheduling and marketing oversight to enhance efficiency.
-Quality Assurance- Uphold standards of care and clinical excellence.  Monitor patient progress.
-Provide ongoing physical therapy care that adheres to our organization's best practices, standards, policies, and procedures.
-Develop comprehensive treatment plans, clearly outlining the treatment strategy, purpose, and expected outcomes
