Insight Global is looking for a plant operator for a client in the El Segundo, CA area. This position is a weekend night position, Friday-Sunday 6pm-6am. Assist with coordination of product test planning, assessment of test capabilities and leads activities to ensure availability of test equipment, materials, fixtures and vehicles. Facilitates the acquisition of emergent capital equipment. Monitors test progress and test configuration/instrumentation; determines resources and schedule required to ensure configuration of test article/facility is returned to pre-test condition. Develops innovative recovery plans to support the discovery aspect of the test environment. Develops, creates, and maintains test documentation that supports regulatory requirements. Performs analysis of general test capabilities to assess site needs for long-range planning and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Ability to obtain a top secret clearance
Minimum of 5 years of experience with cryogenic liquids (liquid nitrogen)
HS Diploma (coming from a military background) or Bachelor's degree
Experience with electrical work on instrumentation troubleshooting
Ability to learn quickly, likes to be challenged and liked to learn

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Top Secret Clearance
Bachelors Degree or higher
