Position Overview

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to assist in preparation of management plans and reports
    • Ability to design and/or modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information that will resonate with senior leadership
  • Collaborating with stakeholders
  • Aiding in meeting facilitation and information sessions
  • Ability to assist in the identification and tracking of action items, tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedule and capturing meeting minutes
  • Assisting the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
    • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel
  • Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums
  • Perform peer review and quality checks on all outgoing documents and presentations
  • Assist in identification and definition of process efficiencies
  • Ability to work independently and among a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action
  • Local travel to customers to discuss initiatives, projects, etc.


Required Skills

  • Active TS/SCI with poly required
  • Required experience - BS with 12-15 year, MS with 10-13, Phd with 10+
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating policy among stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in providing Front Office integration support
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience engaging and collaborating with external partners on emerging technologies and solutions responsive to Sponsor's requirements
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience in presentation and briefing development
  • Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce and write and present program artifacts that are appropriately tailored to meet the information needs of the audience
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience in stakeholder engagement and program governance
  • Demonstrated experience with privileged program, resource, and personnel information


Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with customer enterprise action tracking tool
  • Familiarity with policy review process
