Job Summary
Postdoctoral Fellow -
A position is available immediately for a postdoctoral researcher in the NanoTech department. This position will conduct research in Dr. Ray Baughman's lab working on current funded projects.

Minimum Education and Experience

Ph.D in a related field.

Preferred Education and Experience
Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This NanoTech position will conduct research in Dr. Ray Baughman's lab working on current funded projects. Specific job duties are listed below.

• Develop carbon nanotube sheet- and yarn-based functional composites
• Fabrication of carbon nanotube sheet- and yarn- based novel functional structures
• Produce carbon nanotube yarns and composites for actuators, mechanical reinforcement, electronic textiles, and energy storage applications
• Develop multi-driven functional artificial muscles
• Develop new types of energy harvesters
