  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), is currently seeking a Power Plant Project Manager for a position in Las Vegas, NV. This will be an onsite, contract opportunity.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience

    • Must have demonstrated utility or powerplant background

    • Experience working with vendors, planning schedules and deliverables, coordinating contractors, etc.

    • Strong knowledge of federal regulations

    • Ability to analyze all projects from a financial perspective and manage budgets to mitigate risk

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or other related field preferred

    • PMP certification preferred

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Overseeing projects to include scheduling, allocating resources, deliverables, and budgets

    • Conducting regular meetings to determine project status

    • Compiling reports and updates to communicate to senior leadership

    • Ordering equipment and supplies necessary for project completion

    • Working with vendors and contractors for equipment and resources

    • Analyzing financials and budgets to ensure everything complies with strict federal accounting and tax regulations
