$5000 dollar signing bonus- 1/2 at end of 1st semester - 1/2 a end of 24/25 school year. It is highly desired that prospective candidates have knowledge of a dual language elementary school program and being bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable. Plans, directs, and manages the activities and operation of an elementary school including the leadership of first-line school administrators, certificated and classified staff, budget administration, complex educational and categorical program management. Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the school site to promote a safe learning environment. Provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Assistant Superintendent. Provides for the supervision of students and staff. Demonstrates leadership of the classroom instructional program. Interacts with parents, community and other outside educational and governmental agencies.
