This high-performing team focuses on strategic planning, the operating rhythm, and programs that elevate the Technology ecosystem as a high-performing organization.

We are looking for a strategic and organized problem solver with a passion for innovation and data-driven optimization. You will be part of a small team working alongside senior leaders to drive the Technology Operating Rhythm, conduct business reviews, deliver board and C-level content, and manage special technology projects critical to Intuit's long term growth plans. Responsibilities include:
  • Evolving and improving the Technology Operating Rhythm, which is how we run the Technology ecosystem, including setting strategy and expectations, building capability, monitoring performance, inspiring employees, and instilling accountability
  • Facilitating and driving some of the operating mechanisms within the Technology Operating Rhythm, in order to achieve operational excellence for our products and services, and to align on the direction, make decisions, and remove blockers for high-priority strategic initiatives
  • Orchestrating development of executive-level presentations and content to be used by the CTO in board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other forums
  • Developing narratives that highlight the outcomes delivered across the Technology ecosystem and their connection to strategy
  • These narratives will share our journey as a platform company and help galvanize change
  • Defining and/or leading strategic programs that are often nascent and/or ambiguous

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CTO and key stakeholders across the Technology ecosystem to identify and implement improvements to the Technology Operating Rhythm
  • Contribute to the ongoing execution of the Technology Operating Rhythm
  • Own and drive CTO Staff commitments and special engagements
  • Facilitate and drive some of the operating mechanisms that are attended by leaders across Technology
  • Partner with leaders across Technology to orchestrate the development of content to be used by the CTO in board meetings, CEO
  • Staff meetings, and other forums. Provide constructive feedback and ensure that the organization is delivering the right message to the right audiences
  • Gather data and develop insights on key strategic topics
