Process Engineer

Develop and optimize bioprocesses to produce biopharmaceuticals, including upstream and downstream processes.Design and execute experiments to evaluate process parameters, troubleshoot process issues, and optimize process performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent and reproducible product quality.Participate in technology transfer activities to ensure successful implementation of bioprocesses in manufacturing facilities.Analyze and interpret data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.Stay current with industry trends and developments and provide technical expertise to support process improvements and innovation.Perform operations in cleanrooms, following established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Physical Attributes:Wearing Personal Protective Equipment. Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. Preferred Qualifications:Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.3+ years of experience in bioprocess engineering, with a focus on the development of biopharmaceutical processes.1+ years of experience with upstream and downstream bioprocesses, including cell culture, fermentation, and purification.Experience with technology transfer and scale-up activities.
