Responsibilities
- Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to identify product opportunities and inform and assist management in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and solutions to motivate diverse formats of content creation and consumption.
- Provide clear and precise data metrics to best represent the business performance and adjust product strategies dynamically.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering and business teams and communicate complex technical and non-technical information between teams to ensure streamlined product development.
- Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Provide product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and implementation/deployment.

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Processing and analyzing large quantities of data to support data-driven decision making for product roadmap and strategy;
- Using SQL to gather and analyze large quantities of data to investigate product issues and provide insights in support of product strategy decisions;
- Applying A/B experimentation and data visualization to develop strategy and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business growth;
- Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, and expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy; and
- Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic travel up to 10% required.
