Insight Global is seeking a Production Support Engineer for one of our largest financial clients in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This individual is responsible for the below: Monitoring application jobs across multiple DataStage/Informatica production environments. Performing initial triage of job failures/production issues. Gathering information, performing research and root cause analysis to determine immediate solution. Identifying immediate and permanent fix solutions to prevent recurrence of production issues. Tracking application SLAs, respond to user inquiry/issue/request tickets. Coordinating effectively with application teams and upstream/downstream teams to ensure prompt evaluation and efficient resolution of production issues. Excellent communication skills and go-getter attitude required.

Linux experience
Troubleshooting L1/L2 issues

Previous financial enterprise experience
Experience with Autosys
Cloud and container experience
