We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Program Coordinator with a strong background in technology, B2B marketing, project management, and program and content development. The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder management and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This role involves managing content and localization for the Integrated Marketing Content Team's business initiatives and ensuring the timely coordination and delivery of top-quality marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Use project management tools to monitor daily project progress, provide real-time updates, and ensure visibility of completed tasks, pending tasks, and any blockers, while regularly communicating status updates to relevant parties
Content Development and Management
- Assist in creating compelling content related to deadline-driven customer-facing events, ensuring alignment with the Customer Experience Team's business initiatives
- Organize and maintain all content-related documents in a centralized SharePoint repository, ensuring accessibility, version control, and collaboration across teams
Localization Process Management
- Own all localization activities for customer-facing events program, inclusive of working with translation services, coordinating localized reviews and ensuring final delivery of localized assets
Process Documentation and Alignment
- Develop and maintain accurate and relevant process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with content agencies to manage content marketing schedules, and communications
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and content alignment with business objectives
Agency Management
- Work with agencies for various projects, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely delivery of project requirements
- Coordinate and manage the workflow between internal teams and external agencies to align with project goals and timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in technology, BDM marketing, project management, and content management
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of effective communication and collaboration
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing relationships with agencies and coordinating cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a tech or SaaS environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft brand voice and editorial standards
- Expertise in using project management software and tools
- Strong understanding of localization workflows and processes
