This Studio, the creators of the top-selling and critically acclaimed game franchise, and a division of our Studios, has an excellent opportunity for a Jr. Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate for this position will be highly collaborative, working directly for the Chief of Staff. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task across a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

Process Design and Execution:
• Assists with process design and the definition of business outcomes for simple processes/parts of a process to assess process performance. Assists with defining yearly goals, anchoring to industry standards and process measures, implementing controls, maintaining compliance, optimizing customer experience, and helping to drive cost down, with guidance.
• Follows procedure for process execution in accordance with compliance and controls. Assists with end-to-end process view for their given process area by providing data, research, and assessment results to manager and team, with guidance and coaching. Compiles information on pain points to assist with identification of alternative solutions to resolve challenges.
Business Operations
• Serves in a support role for assigned team, which includes executing on logistics to support operations plans, developing plans, working with stakeholders, and supporting the rhythm of business (ROB).
• Contributes to execution of continuation of business plans during periods of change or special circumstances.
• Contributes to management of corporate strategy initiatives across teams within the organization by monitoring accountability for processes, supporting communications, and reporting to ensure alignment across groups.
• Creates tactical relationships, such as with peers, as needed to attain results (e.g., providing specific leaders to reach out to for information about specific challenge).
• Builds trust, encourages collaboration, and enables fact-based decision making for leader through sharing of timely, accurate, and relevant information.

Team Management Support:
• Contributes to team experience activities. Collaborates with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) to support internal and external recruitment efforts, and partners with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process, under guidance of senior colleagues as needed. Participates in onboarding and assists new employees, vendors, and interns as an essential contact for questions. Coordinates logistics and provides onboarding support for new employees, vendors, and interns, under the direction of senior team members (e.g., ordering new-hire equipment, setting up workstations, distribution lists, security groups). Maintains and manages headcount activities, including staff movement/transfers, reporting, offboarding, and transactions within relevant headcount management tools.
Special Projects/Programs and Initiatives
• Contributes to projects as needed to meet the changing business environment. Contributes to project management, including coordinating and double-checking work as assigned.

Qualifications: Hard Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or related field
o Or equivalent experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
