This position is responsible for leading a team to provide enterprise-wide services and solutions. The Program Manager will work with stakeholders to plan, develop, and deliver solutions using the latest technology. The Program Manager will also work closely with the Business Development Team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a point-of-contact for the client agency for all matters pertaining to the contract.
  • Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
  • Manages activities of subcontractors and/or vendors.
  • Develops partnerships with and maintain necessary requirements for certifications.
  • Supports proposal development activities including solutions development.
  • Helps mentor, lead, and inspire employees across RiverTech.
  • Communicates and works directly with customers at a senior level to ensure we meet their high standards of project execution.
  • Responsible for the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of schedule, technical, and performance risks associated with the contract.
  • Prepares and maintains program management deliverables such as the Project Management Plan; weekly status reports; daily compliance reports; ad hoc reports as requested; transition plan. Reporting tasks include entering program related information in CBP's Reporting Tools
  • Drives process improvement efforts, capture lessons learned, and make recommendations for improving the engineering and administrative processes and policies for future activities.
  • Works with RiverTech's General Manager and Business Development team on organic and net new growth opportunities
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience managing organizations similar in size, scope, and complexity
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers to assess needs and problem resolution.
  • PMI Program Manager Professional Certification
  • Eligible for Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline
