Apex Systems is looking for fully remote Secret cleared senior Program Manager to support one of our clients newly awarded DoD program!
Minimum Requirements

• Must have a minimum of a fully adjudicated Secret clearance
• Must be able and willing to work EST hours
• Must have 15+ years ofoverall IT experience

Role Qualifications

• Overall responsibility for delivery of high quality services on-schedule and on-budget
• Lead all technical, financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the program
• Primary interface with client
• Resource allocation and management
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving skills
• 15+ years of experience delivering complex, large-scale, federal Cloud modernizations in an Agile framework, with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Architecting multiple simultaneous CSP (AWS, Azure, and GCP) modernizations across all phases of systems development lifecycle.
• Migration of legacy, siloed applications to Cloud
• Working with multiple federal governance boards
• Cyber Security including Zero Trust and federal ATO process and Data Analytics
