Program Manager, Vendor Change Management Responsibilities


  • Coordinate planning and execution for multiple small to large-scale Vendor Change Management projects in support of our product and operations partners.

  • Accountable for project progress, flagging when projects or deadlines are in jeopardy while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult or stressful situations.

  • Focus on continuous process improvement by scoping tool improvements, utilizing data analytics to improve key performance metrics, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.

  • Communicate prioritization and trade-off operational decisions to the broader cross-functional team to drive consensus and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented.

  • Facilitate discussion and coordination among operational stakeholders across the company to manage all existing resources in the most effective way.

  • Manage Meta's cross-functional operational efforts and advocate for our Vendor Partners, working with engineering, policy, training, and other operational teams to ensure the smooth rollout of changes.

  • Manage dynamic and growing requirements with limited guidance and prioritize competing needs with sound reasoning and creative solutions.

  • Seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical environments.

  • Create and maintain documentation standards and procedural expectations.

  • Responsible for using SQL queries to retrieve data and conduct analysis to support data-driven decision-making processes.

  • Contribute to program processes, tracking tools, and general project and program managing best practices, and initiate improvements where needed in order to scale effectively as the organization grows.

  • Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Information Systems, or a related field, and three years of work experience in job offered or in a Technology Management-related occupation. Experience must include three years of experience in the following:

  • 1. Delivering organizational changes, such as new and updated business processes, tools, SOPs, policies and internal/external resources

  • 2. Managing cross-functional programs that include coordinating planning, development, and delivery of interrelated initiatives aimed at establishing new operational capabilities and implementing key business objectives

  • 3. Managing operational or technical projects such as: process optimizations, external risk mitigations, and improved user protection

  • 4. Data and metadata collection across core business processes and performing ETL (extract, transform, and load) operations via SQL to source strategic and tactical information

  • 5. Developing and validating metrics/ KPIs

  • 6. Building, disseminating, and maintaining analytics via data visualization tools (Tableau)

  • 7. Developing written training materials (e.g. SOPs, manuals, presentations, flowcharts) addressing different operational processes, procedures, tools, and technical topics such as activation, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • 8. Partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive quality improvement and business processes in a global environment.

$133,194/year to $156,750/year + bonus + equity + benefits
