WW Sales BPR Change Management Lead
Cupertino, California
Summary
Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, great ideas have a way of becoming great products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish!
Are you a driver of change? Are you passionate about helping people adapt to process and system changes? Our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group focuses on implementing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or the transformation of business processes to support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market, and growing complexity of sales plays.
As a Change Management Lead, you will assist global owners to drive adoption of new processes as part of a new enterprise technology solution based on Salesforce. These processes support Apple's Business-to-Business (B2B) efforts. Working closely with regional change management teams, you will focus on the people side of change, including assessing the change impact and designing, developing, and delivering training, communications, and change management activities for new business processes impacting key internal (Apple) and external (B2B focused Apple resellers and carriers) stakeholders.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with business owners, process SME's, regional change management leads, and other stakeholders to review the current state against proposed future state processes and systems
- Lead and document change impacts by conducting impact analyses and other change management assessments, including assessing regional differences
- Collaborate with regional Change teams to develop recommendations for addressing change impacts
- Support global and regional process harmonization activities, as necessary
- Review and update change management plans
- Develop training materials that will used in instructor-led sessions, as part of self-paced offerings, or for 'in-app' help
- Deliver 'train the trainers' sessions and training to end-users (internal and external)
- Develop communication materials-drive adoption activities to ensure new capabilities are leveraged and productive for internal & external users, including data analysis and communications
- Support our partners (either directly or in collaboration with regional teams) to maximize their adoption of new capabilities & processes
- Support and engage with senior leaders
- Project manage your work stream (e.g. weekly status reports, risks and dependency management, work stream planning)
