General Description

• Recruit and assist instructors, mentors, competition judges and speakers for program's bootcamp sessions and workshops
• Develop and deliver training contents and activities
• Develop and manage bootcamp programs
• Provide training to the students
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate programs
• Develop training procedure manuals or program course materials
• Develop and plan orientation and training programs

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Science field, such as Anthropology, History, etc., or a closely related major/field.Must also havesix months of experience as Program Training and Development Specialist, or a closely related occupation such as Program Manager and Program Coordinator, etc., in managing programs.

About the Research Foundation

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) was established as a not-for-profit educational corporation chartered by the State of New York in 1963. RFCUNY supports CUNY faculty and staff in identifying and obtaining external support (pre-award) from government and private sponsors and is responsible for the administration of all such funded programs (post-award).

RFCUNY stands between CUNY's principal investigators (PIs) and the sponsors who support them and strives to fulfill its essential responsibilities to both groups.
