Job Description:

• Lead and manage special projects as assigned by integration department leaders.
• Collaborates with interface analysts to coordinate efforts and documentation for client integrations/ internal projects.
• Collaborates with solution engineers, clients, and sales team members for management of intake and certain project milestones related to intake of client projects.
• Serves as a point person between internal and external project stakeholders, including software vendors, and functional team members to ensure effective and timely completion of project deliverables.
• Lead efforts related to project tracking and documentation as well as issue resolution and escalation.
• Familiar with HL7.
• Learn about client limitations and propose alternatives as well as workarounds.
• Lead and direct assigned interface projects.
• Plan, arrange and manage allocated tasks and project milestones.
• Additional Responsibilities (may be assigned).
• May participate in cross-functional teams or projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
