Job Summary
An ideal candidate for the Project Coordinator is someone who possesses basic project planning and project management skills, has the ability to work with diverse groups of people from within various functional areas and levels of the organization. This individual will be assisting the Program Management Office and Workstream Leaders in organizing ongoing projects and activities. Project coordinators help the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules as requested by the PMO.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in team meetings. Document risks, actions, issues, decisions (RAID)
  • Help preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Administration of the project management calendar and folders.
  • Support PMO in requirements for overall Program Status updates to different audiences.

Education and Experience Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP ERP software preferred

Required Skills
  • Good project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and work with tight deadlines.
  • Strong planning and task management. Ability to detail plan projects based on key objectives, deliverables, risks, and expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and fast learner. Ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience with MSOffice, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Work Environment
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to travel up to 15% to perform assigned duties.
