A large Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Facilities/Tech Ops Department by performing activities for generating tools and content to build data functionality supporting the Global Safe (S), Clean (C), Compliant (C) program. We are looking for someone who can efficiently participate in SCC processes and standardization initiatives. Additionally, this role will prepare SCC metrics then support team to identify gaps in current processes, improve service levels to internal and external customers and improve planning efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Prepare data analysis associated with SCC metrics and provide oversight of systems that facilitate global use

* Support SCC through the development of databases and/or utilization of data entry forms and reports (Excel, SharePoint, Qlik)

* Build and/or interpret queries and reports to provide ready-to-use Excel / PowerPoint friendly information.

* Support Global SCC teams and support internal customers to incorporate these queries and reports into day-to-day planning, scheduling, and reporting needs.

* Create ad-hoc graphs and reports to present information effectively

* Develop analytics to identify and improve reporting/planning/program efficiencies.

* Administer SharePoint sites to allow access to the routine reports and ad hoc information requests for global use

* Develop and track metrics to measure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of data from collaborators. Align across teams to improve reporting integrity.

* Provide support and subject matter expertise to develop additional databases / reports.

* Maintain support and/or ownership of team meetings, agendas and project planning for SCC initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- experience in assigning project tasks to relevant parties and check in for status updates

* Experience develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones

* You can prepare Excel graphs to represent data in multiple ways and add data to PowerPoint reports.

* Maintain content for the SCC SharePoint and RON Pages.

* Utilize solid communication skills and ability to be flexible to achieve organizational goals.

* Perform special assignments, projects and routine administrative functions as needed by Facilities Management.

* Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates

* Works with cross functional teams to develop communication tools and resources

* Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs)
