Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage GRIID Log (Gaps, Risks, Issues, Impacts, and Decisions) and Project Plan in Jiro and Confluence. Escalates issues as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date content and relevant messaging on Confluence, Jiro, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Provide agile transition support, guiding the team in continuous improvement of agile practices. Ensures ongoing relevance of Confluence content for the BOBCAT team and stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain Teams pages and files to ensure that content is current, accessible, and easy to navigate.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation.
  • Support project working sessions, stakeholder alignment meetings, steering committees, and document meeting minutes. Follow up with appropriate parties on meeting tasks and outcomes.
  • Coordinate meetings ensuring availability of rooms, participants, equipment, and resources as needed for initiative activities, while also collaborating with Sub-Product Owners and Workstream Leads to manage conflicting meetings and activities.


Required:
  • 5 years of experience working in a professional environment.
  • 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task while working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
  • Ability to create professional communications using Word and PowerPoint while adhering to Corporate Identity standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to move projects forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to discern the importance and urgency of topics raised and escalate issues as needed.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate professionally via email, phone, and in person.


Preferred:
  • Experience working in an agile environment, maintaining Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience building and maintaining SharePoint Online site.
  • Experience maintaining project plans using MS Project.
  • Associate degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
