About this team

Lululemon's technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise, including Privileged Access Management (PAM). We are currently searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and deliver against our IAM and PAM roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement. A passion for access governance and hardening control designs is key to the success of this role.

A day in the life:

The Project Manager works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create and manage projects that solve internal business problems and bring experiences to life for our guests

The project manager is organized, curious, a strong facilitator and knows how to get the right people involved at the right time to solve problems. They value managing risks and dependencies to ensure our teams are working in the most optimal way to deliver value as quickly as possible through various delivery methodologies, ranging from waterfall to agile.
  • Lead successful project delivery in partnership with technology and business teams
  • Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals
  • Collaborate with IAM program managers and technology managers in optimizing processes and tools
  • Assemble and manage project roadmap, governance, and resources to ensure optimal results
  • Champion project and release management best practices and processes
  • Anticipate risks and issues, create mitigation plans
  • Organize and facilitate interconnected project tasks/dependencies with all applicable stakeholders
  • Create and manage stakeholder change management and communication plans
  • Effectively manage and communicate project impacts and interdependencies as they relate to broader IAM activities
  • Manage key milestones and project budgets Manage overall delivery 1-2 projects (or workstreams of a larger program), from planning to deployment, that have a start and end date with clear goals and objectives.
  • Ensures the objectives of a project are understood, documented, measurable, assigned & tracked
  • Actively manages scope, schedule, budget (actuals & forecast) and risk to ensure projects are delivered successfully on-time and on budget
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across regions/time zones (NA, EMEA, APAC, China) and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timelines and business objectives
  • Engages in and communicates ideas for supporting the continuous improvement of PMO processes with a positive and constructive attitude and supports with developing this attitude in others.
  • Applies appropriate discretion on when to involve other senior team members when navigating difficult stakeholder issues
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years working in Technology or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in enterprise IAM/PAM project management
  • 1+ years experience managing Sailpoint IIQ continuous improvement project cycles
  • Previous experience in managing waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery teams
  • Managed budget of 1-2 projects, inter-functional dependencies, single region impact, <= 1m capex estimated for the total initiative
  • Experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and NAM
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certification is nice to have
  • Passionate for problem solving & ability to excel in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-program environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues
  • Good leadership skills including the ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority
  • Proven results working with global and remote teams across different time zones

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$105,800 - $132,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program.
