Currently the PMO is in search of a motivated and performance-driven Project Manager to join our team! As a Project Manager you will work in a collaborative environment leading a variety of projects internally.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish detailed Project Plan and Project Schedule to meet desired scope
  • Establish realistic and data-driven Project Budget and Resource Plan
  • Closely monitor project schedule, tasks, and dependencies throughout execution
  • Collaborate with development leads and implementation teams to complete projects as scoped, on time, and within budget
  • Manage PowerPoint decks and action items from meeting follow up
  • Effectively juggle multiple projects varying in clients, complexity, technology, and scope
  • Provide thorough communication of project status and progress towards completion
  • Provide timely, informed responses to client inquiries, work requests, and concerns
  • Develop risk management strategies and ensure risks/issues are well documented, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working as a vendor or FTE with Microsoft
  • 3-5 years of Project Management in IT or Engineering
  • Experience managing projects with various technology stacks
  • Experience working with and leading development teams
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project or similar project management tool
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer relations skills
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Organized, diligent, and master of time management
