Salary Range- $62,498-$65,820

Responsibilities

Under direction, individuals shall support the division's continuity. The Project Manager Intern will assist in developing project scopes, reviewing project plans from design through construction, and aiding in the testing and commissioning of systems. They will work with C&SE and stakeholders and provide contract support during design, construction, testing, and in-service commissioning to ensure that contractual requirements, design directives, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Education and Experience

Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, landscape architecture, architectural technology, construction, construction management, construction technology, sustainable design, urban planning, urban studies, city planning, transportation planning, business administration, or public administration; or
2. A master's degree in architecture that is the first professional degree in architecture from an accredited college or university.

Desired Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and familiar with power calculations. Knowledge of PC applications.

Knowledge and/or experience in communication systems such as CCTV, radio, fiber optics, data/communication systems, Networks, public address system, electronic customer information signs, intrusion access control security systems, telephones, and intercoms.
