Must-Haves:

STRONG Procore Experience (3-5 Years): Deep familiarity with Procore, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.

Experience in the U.S.: All relevant experience should be within the United States to ensure familiarity with local regulations and standards.

In-Depth Understanding of Construction Procedures, Methodologies, Processes, and Project Management Principles: Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and project management techniques.

Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project management.

Strong Outlook Skills: Competence in managing communications, scheduling, and tasks using Outlook.

B.A. or B.S. in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or a Related Field

Nice to Have:

1 Year of OSHPD/HCAI Experience: Experience with California's Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) or Healthcare Access and Information (HCAI) projects, which is beneficial for specialized projects in healthcare construction.




Job Description:

Procore is a cloud-based construction management software that provides a platform for construction professionals to manage projects, resources, and financials from project start to finish. It is designed to improve collaboration among stakeholders, streamline workflows, and provide real-time access to project information.

The ideal job seeker will need to:

User Management: Managing user accounts, setting up new users, assigning roles and permissions, and ensuring team members have the appropriate access.

Project Setup: Configuring new projects, including setting up templates, workflows, and custom fields to align with project needs.

Training and Support: Providing training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Procore, including creating training materials and conducting workshops.

System Configuration: Customizing the Procore environment to meet organizational needs, including configuring integrations and managing data fields.

Data Management: Ensuring project data is accurately entered, maintained, and backed up, including managing documents, drawings, submittals, and RFIs.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Resolving technical issues within Procore and working with Procore’s support team when necessary.

Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports to help project managers monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compliance and Security: Ensuring Procore use complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulations, including data security and privacy.

Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding - Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, with no exceptions.
