Compliance Representative to serve as a Tax Technical and Project Specialist. The incumbent performs as a technical business resource on complex Information Technology (IT) support efforts and provides a full range of services and products related to project management.

Typical functions for the Tax Technical and Project Specialist include, but are not limited to the following:
- Serves as a project lead/team member (representing Tax Branch) on Information Technology (IT) related projects.
- Acts as a liaison and facilitator between our customers (Tax Branch, other EDD Branches, and external entities) and Information Technology Branch (ITB) for problem resolution, maintenance and enhancements, internal and external data requests.
- Provides technical support and guidance to Tax Branch personnel and develops document and data management tools for tax information that will be utilized on Tax Branch's intranet website on SharePoint.
- Manages permissions and content as it relates to tax technical information on SharePoint and Sharefolders.
- Serves as a systems and technical support liaison performing the most complex and independent analytical support functions for content management services (i.e. InfoImage).
