Job Description:

Proposal manager needs 10+ years of proposal production.

Proposal manager requires:

• must have portfolio links and have publishing exp
• Experience in understanding Request for Proposals (RFP) and other procurement processes that are issued by the State and Local Governments as well as commercial entities, for example: Task Orders, Orals, Sources Sought, etc
• The ability to think creatively and manage personnel in a proposal environment with strict deadlines and multiple priorities.
  

Proposal manager duties:

• Reviews and documents all production-related requirements within the RFP and serves as the production interface for the entire proposal team
• Responsible for the publication schedule and establishing production deadline
• Maintains and customizes proposal tools and templates; including annual updates in cooperation with the Branding tea

• Works with staff to train and guide them on:
  Using advanced MS Word features, creates solicitation-specific templates, and format all response documents
• Participates in strategy meetings and conference calls to gather/communicate information concerning document layout and production process

• Schedules and coordinates status meetings/calls and ?color reviews? in concert with the proposal manager
