Quality Systems Manager

Our client is looking to fill the role of Quality Systems Manager. This position will be located on site in the West Caldwell, NJ area.

Responsibilities:

• Establishment and maintenance of quality system to meet regulatory and cGMP requirements
• Assist with continuous improvement/ process efficiency
• Assist with Quality strategy definition and rollout
• Ensure Quality strategy alignment with development, laboratory and operations teams
• Lead FDA inspections and vendor audits
• Assist with mentorship if junior Quality staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• 5 years of relevant Quality Management experience
• Required GMP/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience
• Experience working in an FDA regulated environment
• CFR & ICH Regulatory Guidelines
• Strong cGMP process knowledge.
• MS Office Proficiency
• Strong cGMP documentation skills
• Prior pharmaceutical industry experience
• Quality systems background
