Job Duties: Deliver Hospital Systems Data Integration (HSDI) solutions in the healthcare interoperability domain for Digital Surgery, which combines surgical technologies with real-time data intelligence. Drive the success of HSDI projects across the J&J Medical Devices sector to provide a connected surgical ecosystem for medical staff. Shape and implement the strategy, vision, and architecture of our clinical data interoperability products throughout our medical devices portfolio. Work with solution engineers and system architect to define high level system design that is aligned with business needs and goals. Understand business problems and translate them into a comprehensive set of solutions spanning technology, data, governance, security, and privacy. Represent the business and customer to the technical team in order to translate the business requirements in user story format, and coordinate with developers throughout the software development life cycle. Define features for HSDI system based on SAFe framework along with sizing. Identify, document, and manage platform level dependencies and risks for delivering features. Deliver a future proof API and microservices-based configurable solution to acquire, store, and distribute clinical and non-clinical data from external and internal sources in a secure manner by implementing the latest DevOps principles and test automation. Participate in software design reviews, and provide recommendations and feedback to other members of the development team. Work with medical device software engineers to identify telemetry data ingestion strategy with respect to computing power and business value of the data. Work closely with external hospitals and system integrators to build joint delivery plans, and ensure efficient design, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables. Partner across multiple operating segments, including R&D Engineering and Cybersecurity to understand clinical data requirements and technical constraints, and act as a consultant to offer product design and development guidance. Work in a technology environment that includes Rest API, Agile, JIRA, Confluence, Service now, Windows 10, MS Office, .Net, Java, SharePoint, and MS Azure. Operate within FDA Design Controls; HL7v2, CDA, CCD, FHIR and DICOM protocols; GxP procedures; and HIPAA and GDPR.

Qualifications

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an IT Manager, Hospital Systems Data Integration Product Owner-related occupation.
