Position Overview:

USPI is seeking an RCM Applications Training Program Manager to provide critical support for patient accounting systems (PAS) including integrated non-native systems. This leader will work directly with USPI RCM's Director of Strategic Initiatives as well as RCM senior leadership and partner with several USPI functional departments to oversee all aspects of training for existing and new RCM applications for all end users and impacted internal and external parties. This is a newly created role to support USPI's continued growth and footprint as the leading national ambulatory surgery management platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops curriculum, conducting and facilitating training, creating, editing and maintaining technical and training materials for key USPI RCM applications.
  • Manages user access and facilitates training level required based on user roles.
  • Responsible for creating and delivering training related to applications for all levels of end-users.
  • Sets up training environments in systems and programs.
  • Assists with new PAS and ancillary application implementations.
  • Collects and complies assessment data to measure training effectiveness and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Serves as PAS subject matter expert, identifying and overseeing enhancements for optimization.
  • Supports end-users and provides support for supported systems as required.
  • Translates technical terminology into audience appropriate language.
  • Engages with outside vendors, as needed.
  • Performs other correlated duties and tasks, as assigned

Required Experience:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management with a focus on systems training (previous ASC experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success in project management roles, including developing and implementing business initiatives.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Previous SIS Office experience is a plus.


Travel:
  • Up to 75% travel within US. Must be willing to travel to facilitate on-site training based on need.
