Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator for the Post-Acute Care Line, will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by facilitating administrative processes including, coordination of career event, updating flyers, scheduling candidates and maintaining recruitment pipelines and trackers, will also assist with screening of candidates for entry level positions. This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for recruiting and wants to develop the necessary skills to move in to a full cycle recruiter role in the future

General tasks and responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support:
  • Assist recruiters with developing and maintaining, talent acquisition spreadsheets and trackers.
  • Support the recruitment process, including but not limited to, job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate screening and follow-up with candidates to confirm interviews and attendance at events.
  • Assist with coordination of internal and external recruitment events by registering for external events, processing payment requests. Coordinating room availability, room set up, monitoring candidate registration and other required tasks.
  • Support the Director of Recruitment by creating programs for the recruiting team, preparing data analysis reports to present to leadership.
  • Maintain CHRO and Director of Recruitment calendars as needed.

Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain recruitment data and generate reports on key metrics, such as candidate pipeline status, career event statistics. Partner with HR team members across the organization to collect this data.
  • Identify trends and areas we can improve upon on to be more functional as a recruitment team.

Candidate Engagement:
  • In conjunction with talent acquisition partners, develop standard communications to share with candidates in all stages of the hiring process.
  • Ensure a white glove high touch candidate experience for all candidates.

Skills Development:
  • Participate in recruiter sourcing, interviewing, and training and development programs to acquire essential recruiting skills.
  • Shadow and assist recruiters to gain hands on experience.
  • Manage special recruiting projects as needed, demonstrating versality and a proactive approach


Minimum Qualifications
1. Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or
2. High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor relations, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function.

Department Preferences

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), People soft a plus.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Experience running and understanding reports and team tracking sheets.
  • Demonstrate passion to learn and develop the necessary skills to be a full cycle recruiter.
  • Must be able to work in a high paced team environment with priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the willingness to openly share ideas with team.
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Human Resource Policies
  • Knowledgeable in General HR Practices
  • Knowledgeable in Recruitment
  • At least one (1) year experience working in an office environment, Human Resources or recruitment experience
