Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Masters Degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Health Care Specialization, Social Work, Psychology or a related field; and,
Six (6) years of increasingly responsible experience in hospital or regulatory agency administration, with particular emphasis on development and evaluation of mental health delivery services, or,
2. A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description
- Direct implementation and improve H+H SUD Acute Care services: Detailed implementation planning and ongoing coordination of clinical, operational and fiscal quality improvement efforts for BH initiatives
- Direct and develop SUD Acute Care services and ED MAT initiatives project plans, establishing cadence and strategies to support execution
- Direct allocation of staffing resources and responsibilities for OBH SUD strategic priorities, specifically with regards to SUD Acute Care services and ED MAT initiatives
- Assist in the development and execution of OBH SUD strategic plans, specifically with regards to SUD Acute Care services and ED MAT initiatives
- Facilitation of interdisciplinary workgroup meetings with H+H BH and hospital leadership and/or external stakeholders focused on the implementation and optimization of SUD Acute Care services and ED MAT initiatives
- Implementation and optimization of SUD Acute Care services and ED MAT dashboards, workflows, electronic medical record (EMR) clinical documentation tools, billing, and reports to inform quality improvement (QI) and satisfy grant funding deliverables
- Responsible for SUD Acute Care services and ED MAT initiatives data report out to internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee SUD Acute Care services budgets through close collaboration with OBH Director of Fiscal Affairs
- Development of H+H BH policies and procedures in adherence with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to direct reports and student interns as assigned
- Liaise with academic or other partners to conduct program research/evaluation
- May lead and/or support on additional BH/SUD initiatives as assigned by supervisor or departmental leadership
- All other assignments, as needed.
