Paramount Senior Living, a leading provider of premier senior care facilities, is seeking an experienced Regional Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support, training, and oversight to the Business Office Managers (BOMs) within your assigned region. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality care at our exceptional senior living communities.
Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new BOMs as they are hired within your region
- Provide support and assistance to BOMs in your region, answering questions and offering guidance on systems, procedures, and problem-solving
- Ensure the continuity of office operations and processes in the event of a BOM vacancy, until a new BOM is hired
- Act as a support and resource for the Executive Directors (EDs) of the facilities in your region, in the absence of their BOM
- Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to maintain consistent policies, procedures, and best practices across all Paramount facilities
Qualifications
- Ideally, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior living or long-term care, with a preference for human resources or accounting/bookkeeping background
- Proficient in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management, particularly in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, personnel, and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under stress
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
