Overview

As a Regional Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering and evaluating training programs to support performance improvement of our employees. The topics will range from Leadership skills to basic professional development skills. You will collaborate with department heads, curriculum developers, and other stakeholders to identify optimal learning environments. You will facilitate training virtually and in person to both small and large audiences. This position is in our Denver, CO office or New York, NY office

Responsibilities
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and seminars in person or through virtual platforms.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote active participation, skill development, and knowledge retention.
  • Adapt training delivery methods and strategies to accommodate different learning styles, preferences, and skill levels.
  • Assess participant learning and performance through pre- and post-training evaluations, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to reinforce learning objectives and address areas for improvement.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications based on participant feedback and evaluation results.
  • Assist in coordinating training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant registration.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and evaluation data to track training completion and effectiveness.
  • Communicate training schedules, requirements, and updates to employees and stakeholders in a timely and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with talent management team members on curriculum enhancements and/or modifications.

Qualifications
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of employees.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles, training methodologies, and learning management systems.
  • Strong business acumen, ability to facilitate many different business topics to include Leadership Skills, Human Resources, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Professional Development or soft skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning and executing training programs.
