Overview

As a Training Manager, you and your team will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs to support the performance improvement of our employees. You will collaborate with department heads, talent management team members, subject matter experts and HR partners to assess training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver engaging learning experiences. This position is in our Denver, CO or NY office.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify organizational training needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with department heads, managers, and HR to align training initiatives with business goals, objectives, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan and strategy that addresses identified training needs and supports organizational objectives.
  • Design, develop, and update training curriculum, materials, and resources tailored to meet the specific needs of employees at all levels.
  • Create engaging and interactive training modules, workshops, and courses using a variety of instructional methods and delivery formats.
  • Ensure alignment of training content with organizational policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the delivery of training programs through a combination of instructor-led sessions, eLearning modules, virtual training, and on-the-job training.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees, managers, and leaders on topics such as leadership development, technical skills, compliance training, and soft skills.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to internal trainers and facilitators to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training delivery.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure training effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
  • Analyze training evaluation data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Manage all aspects of training administration, including scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance training programs and delivery methods.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team of learning developers and facilitators.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in instructional design principles, training methodologies, and learning management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure training effectiveness and impact.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 3 years experience supporting a talent function within Human Resources
  • 5 years experience in developing learning content in a Corporate environment
