Under the general supervision of the Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the assigned program / area and the associated rehabilitation personnel. In addition, performs the primary duties and responsibilities of the staff therapist position. Collaborates with management to propose solutions to problems and improve current processes for intra-departmental coordination. Also responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, or other clinically related field. Speech Therapist
• Requires Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Licensure/Registration: Licensure to practice in the State of Florida as a PT, OT, RN, or SLP. Experience:
• Two (2) years of progressive experience in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Pathology, Rehabilitation Nursing, or other clinically related field.
