Training schedule: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM

Post training schedule: Various shifts available, all include one day of the weekend, , please see options below. (shift will be selected after clearance)

Location: REMOTE must live in Phoenix or Scottsdale

**need to go to the office the first day at 9AM to pick up computer - will take 1-4 hours, then more training at home afterwards

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Brief Job Description:

• They are an inbound call center.
• They are supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product.
• The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product.
• It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points.
• Card Holders call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated.
• Assist clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.

Requirements:

• HSD or GED is required (must be on resume)
• 6+ months CSR experience, call center.
• Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people

Post training shifts

**on 11/3/24 shifts will change to one hour later (day light savings)
