The role will be responsible for leading a global team who designs and delivers solutions related to CRM Market to contract value stream to support our client's business transformation and growth objectives. This role requires close working relationships with senior business and IT leadership, implementation partners, Enterprise Architecture and the PMO office and will focus on the end-to-end Sales and marketing processes in the semiconductor industry. Will provide leadership to e2e process design, build, test, master data standards, legacy integration of Marketing and Sales processes. Provide direction and lead the resolution of complex process and technical integration issues related to MS Dynamics CRM, working with business stakeholders, SI partners and IT peers. Partner with business stakeholders and business process owner(s) to develop comprehensive CRM roadmap and provide seamless digital experience for our customers using Customer portal.
Post the project go-live, the role will be responsible for architecture, development, implementation, and maintenance of Sales, Marketing/CRM related systems. Lead and inspire a high-performing CRM team, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of customer-centricity. Manage the Sales Marketing/CRM IT Process, including configuration, integration, customization, master data, and reporting. Develop team members' skills and career paths through coaching, feedback, and training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough grasp of the CRM lifecycle, encompassing lead management, account management, opportunity management, Product Pricing, product management, CPQ process and service management.

Required Skills & Experience
100% Remote
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Solution Architect
- Delivery experience in global or complex MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
- Order to Cash Process, CPQ - Configure Price Quote
- 5+ full life-cycle MS Dynamics CRM implementation in an MNC (all phases of blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support)
- Experience in one or more of these Power Platform tools: Power Automate, PowerApps, Power Pages and Customer Portals
- Experience with Azure based tools: ADF (Azure Data Factory), Azure Pipelines, or Azure Storage
- Global team leadership experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Master's Degree or PHD
- Exposure to Hi-Tech industry, preferably semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SAP, specifically iCertis
