ABOUT THE ROLE:

The primary functions of the Sales Manager, West Coast are to oversee a team of territory-based seller to ensure they are hitting individual quarterly quotas and following the outlined sales strategy to acquire and build a network of restaurant supply in our target cities in the Western geography of the US. This person will work strategically with members of sales leadership, strategic partnerships, customer success, support, implementation, B2B marketing, product, and revenue operations & enablement to accelerate Resy's growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage a team of sellers that vary in role type (i.e. field vs. tele), experience level, tenure, skillsets, expertise, and home location
  • Coach and train team members to consistently reach quarterly quotas
  • Hold team members accountable to effort metrics, including cold calls, email outreach, and drop-ins
  • Ensure all team members are completing all trainings and certifications in a timely manner and abiding by all outlined compliance rules
  • Work with Leadership to continue developing and iterating a go-to-market sales strategy specific to key cities in your territory with a particular focus on Los Angeles and San Francisco
  • Serve as the voice of the prospect in key cities in your territory to internal stakeholders and the Resy leadership team


WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have 3+ years of sales experience (SaaS preferred) with a proven track record of outbound sales, working within a team to achieve a goal, or managing a team to a goal
  • You are a leader who is passionate about problem solving
  • You have a positive attitude and are coachable, and can translate that to a team of passionate sellers
  • You focus on a consultative approach to sales
  • You use data to drive strategy and results
  • You are agile, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities at one time
  • A strong understanding of restaurants, both the operational moving parts and technologies used, is preferred

Qualifications

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually + sales incentive + benefits
