Risk Business Analyst

Job Title: Risk Management Business Analyst

Principal Accountabilities:

Product Maintenance & Analytics (50%)
Support existing risk management products by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and escalating when necessary.
Independently perform complex manual updates based on incoming requests, utilizing personal judgment to optimize products.
Track and analyze key metrics, summarizing insights and findings to inform decision-making.
Test routine updates and enhancements to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
Monitor vendor developments, ensuring changes and availability are communicated effectively.
Manage Enhancement Requests (40%)
Elicit requirements for small to medium-sized requests, collaborating with u to determine underlying needs and potential solutions.
Transform requests into actionable work items, including user stories, process flow diagrams, and other supporting materials.
Collaborate with technical teams and third parties to complete tasks, maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholders.
Develop Domain Knowledge (10%)
Utilize domain knowledge and comprehensive system understanding to operate more independently and effectively.

Practical experience in gathering and interpreting user needs, and defining, documenting, and validating requirements.
Ability to quickly grasp new requirements, technologies, tools, and concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative in managing multi-faceted projects and responsibilities.
Experience:

3+ years of professional experience in a related field.
