Requirements of the RN (Registered Nurse) / LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):

Current RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) License

Current CPR

Experience of the RN (Registered Nurse) / LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):

At least one (1) year of MDS Skilled Nursing experience
