Summary

The Robotic Process Automation Engineer plays a key role in projects to improve, through automation, our business

processes in support of Moffitt's initiatives as well as, helping to identify efficiency and automation opportunities.

This role is responsible for analyzing business processes and practices, to create the design, develop requirements, and

automated processes within RPA solution tools.

This individual will contribute to all phases of automating business processes including but not limited to:
• Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing

feasibility.
• Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes and technical requirements where required.
• Evaluating Automation impacts through predetermined measurements, benchmarking and ongoing evaluation of

success measurements.
• Designing RPA process solutions in accordance with RPA CoE and RPA design principles and standard architectures.
• Configuring new AA processes and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Facilitating all phases of user acceptance testing of processes in RPA tool
• Preparing and possibly delivering user training for process solutions
• Providing ongoing support and continuous improvement for implemented solutions, including maintenance and

enhancements

Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree - field of study: Computer Science or related field

  • Four (4) years of professional work experience related to computer systems

    • Of the four (4) years a minimum of two (2) years on-the-job RPA development experience, of which 1 year minimum with Automation Anywhere

    • Of the four (4) years a minimum of three (3) years specifically concentrated in process improvement and/or organizational change initiatives.


  • OR

  • * Associate's with an additional two (2) years technical analysis and IT related experience plus the four (4) years (for a total of 6 years) IT healthcare experience emphasis on supporting the development of applications, integration, and project workflow may be considered "in lieu of" an Bachelor's degree.



Preferred:


  • Experience in SCRUM Agile framework.

  • Experience in Healthcare field



Preferred Certifications:


  • Automation Anywhere: Certified Advanced RPA Professional
