Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and financial systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that leverage Salesforce and financial data to drive business success.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce and financial systems.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Billing Cloud.
o Need to understand Q2C process, quote to cash.
Experience with financial systems and processes, such as accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Experience working on teams mixed onshore/offshore.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
