We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Development Manager. This is a hybrid position located in Coppell, TX - 3 days onsite. This position is paying $160,000 - $175,000.
Responsibilities Include:
* Lead, develop, and manage a team of engineers & developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and development.
* Drive technical excellence within the team, ensuring best practices are followed in application development, particularly in Salesforce environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
* Foster a culture of courage and experimentation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches to problem-solving
* Ensure a consultant-mindset evolves in place of an order-taking mindset
* Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality.
* Champion a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting communication, trust, and respect among team members.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
* 3-5+ years of experience as a manager for Salesforce development teams for large enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to empower and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
* Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
