The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, is an administrative position reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Major Gifts, School-based Officers. The position provides travel and administrative support to frontline officers for advancement-related activities. The position assists with the coordination of program events, Deans' Advisory Council and Alumni Association meetings and other special projects. The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator works closely with other departments within Advancement including other Major Gifts teams, Gift Planning, Stewardship, Corporate & Foundation Relations, Alumni Relations, Advancement Communications, and other departments throughout the university.


• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple demands and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and keep projects on task meeting and exceeding timeline expectations.

• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.

• High School Diploma and 2-years related/transferable experience
OR

• Bachelor's Degree


• Some college and 2-years direct experience.
OR
• Bachelor's DegreeĀ and 1+ years transferable experience.
• Knowledge of university fundraising.
