JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop Power BI Reporting (visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards) for various levels of Marketing organization (Executive, functional leaders, Operational and tactic al) and own the publication and scheduling as per business requirement. PowerBI Marketing workspace management, governance, and user administration. Understand business use cases and implications of various data structures and recommend visualization options. Expertise designing, building, securing, and deploying, and processing Tabular and Multi-dimensional models. Connect to data sources, import data and transform data for Business. Responsible for design methodology, Report Testing and project documentation. Ensure reporting data is accurate, complete, and reliable. Identify and implement areas for improvement and automation in our reporting environment. Perform other duties as needed.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required.
  • 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.
  • Also required is: 3 years of experience: in PowerBI Report & Dashboard design and development; translating the business needs into creative and simple reports and dashboard like experiences; using tools in the Microsoft BI stack: Power BI, Excel, MS SQL and DAX; in Power BI data modeling, Power BI Dataflow, Power BI Rest APIsm and Power BI Administration; taking someone else's work and understanding what the code is doing (deconstruction); and with data warehouse standards and design fundamentals.
  • Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Inc. office in Alpharetta, GA, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.
  • Experience can be concurrent.
