This position will drive a flawless brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, on time, on cost and on scope for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The replacement of the WMS is a key strategic Initiative within the Ethicon and CSS Business Units that will upgrade aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and become the cornerstone for future transformation of our distribution capabilities for the customer. This project will lay the groundwork for the development and deployment of key capabilities (People, Process, Automation, and Technology) to improve efficiency and effectiveness, whilst keeping our customer's needs central to what we do. This project will lay the foundation for the Tier 1 Distribution Centers Global Template.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain up-to-date Project plans through collaboration with cross functional team members
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all workstreams, fostering cross-functional collaboration to maintain synchronization and meet delivery requirements.
  • Provide support to essential project governance activities across all workstreams such as: resource management, risk management and scope management
  • Manage risks effectively, identify potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate.
  • Effectively prepare and communicate project status updates regarding project milestones, deliverables, and risks within the workstreams and for the broader project
  • Support the functional teams as a PMO Point of Contact and act as the SME for the PMO tools.


Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional work experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Consistent track record to work cross-functionally
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment
  • Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Experienced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong demonstrated collaboration, sense of urgency, analytical, influencing and results driven leadership skills


Preferred:

  • E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementations
  • Certifications in Project Management and/or Process Management such as FPX and/or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Applied knowledge of project tools like Jira or MS Project


Other:

  • May require up to 25-50% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900/yr.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
