We are looking for a Senior Analyst, MR Program Management who will support and lead various initiatives of the MR program, maintain program controls and key performance indicators (KPIs), explore and evaluate program risk, and support overall excellence on the program. It's an exciting time to join the team with significant opportunity for impact as we modernize the program infrastructure and focus on the customer experience.

Success will require a strong customer first mindset, an ability to support technical workstreams, project manage varying topics and effectively building relationships with core partner including, Product, Servicing, Tech, General Counsel's Office, Control Management, Compliance, and others.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop understanding on Membership Rewards platforms, policies, processes, and capabilities across all MR products to improve program operations
  • Support day-to-day program operations and inquiries related to Issue Management, Corrective Actions, Process Risk Assessments, Audit, Regulatory and Compliance
  • Proactively anticipate operational risks and define appropriate controls; Communicate and collaborate across MR stakeholders, including Product, Enterprise Platforms, Legal, Compliance and Servicing
  • Identify customer pain points, mitigate issues and execute initiatives to enhance the customer experience.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Positive "roll-up your sleeves" attitude with a proactive mindset
  • Demonstrated success with project management and data analytics
  • Energetic team player with a passion for our customers - plus the ability to see issues from a customer and regulatory POV
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decisions
  • Calm under pressure and flexible amidst change
  • Independent self-starter, able to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and juggle multiple projects seamlessly
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excel and PowerPoint. Tableau, Archer, and workflow management systems experience helpful.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in project management or analytics


Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
