Responsibilities:
Team Management Support
- Contributes to team experience activities. Collaborates with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) to support recruitment efforts . Supports onboarding and offboarding effort s . Maintains and manages headcount activities .
- Book business travel and logistics to ensure scheduling of all meetings based on itinerary
- Provide strategic calendar and time planning support for leader(s) . Own the coordination, logistics , and direction of team events. Helps to execute on business cadence around the Rhythm of Business.
- Manage & track discretionary spend across team and provide reporting as needed. Assist with expense report creation on behalf of your leader and act as interim approver.
- Actively participates in the Business Support community to mentor colleagues . Support onboarding and training of new Business Support staff. Documents and shares best practices and insights.
- Executes various projects and tasks and completes project deliverables with little or no supervision. Streamlines processes and provides process improvement suggestions.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
- Associate's/ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
